10,000 Hours

[ezcol_3quarters]I’d like to explain my title to those who aren’t already familiar with the “10,000-hour rule.” Malcolm Gladwell wrote that it takes 10,000 hours to become a master in any trade and that not until then can you make a decision as to whether or not you’re good. Those first 10,000 hours are your apprenticeship. I like to envision a blacksmith who goes from pounding out horseshoes to polishing swords. And so I’m pecking away at my 10,000 hours so that I can ask: “am I good?[/ezcol_3quarters_end]
